Biography

Kriti Mishra is an Assistant Lecturer and Assistant Dean (Policy and Compliance) at Jindal Global Law School. She has completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, specializing in Criminal Law. During her course at NLSIU, she was actively engaged in research and publications, focusing on her area of specialization. Her Master’s thesis, which focussed on Bail under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act was awarded a distinction. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (B.A. LL.B.) degree from the Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, GGSIPU, New Delhi, graduating with a CGPA of 8.96/10. She has served in the editorial board for the VIPS Student Law Review (2020-21) and the Indian National Bar Association (2021-22).  She has also engaged in legal aid work as a paralegal volunteer with Delhi State Legal Services and Indian National Bar Association. Her internship experience spans litigation, judicial, and research-based. She has qualified the UGC NET examination.
