Biography

Ishita Khetarpal is a Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), O.P. Jindal Global University. She completed her Master’s degree (LL.M.) from the National Law University, Jodhpur, after graduating from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IP University), Delhi.

Before joining academia, Khetarpal worked as a Law Researcher at the Delhi High Court and practised law before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India for two years. Khetarpal has also held significant administrative and leadership responsibilities at JGLS. She served for two years as Assistant Dean with the Office of Special Initiatives, where she played a key role in the planning and execution of major institutional programmes and conferences, including the Allen & Overy Shearman Programme, the Herbert Smith Freehills International Lecture Programme, and the Asian Law Schools Association NUS-JGU Conference, alongside numerous distinguished guest lectures. During this time, she was also closely involved in the formative work behind the establishment of the Constitution Museum.
