Biography

Hemendra Singh is an Assistant Professor of Law at Jindal Global Law School. His research interests include Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law, Artificial Intelligence, and Climate Governance. He has published articles in Scopus-indexed journals and authored several book chapters in internationally edited volumes. His scholarship adopts an interdisciplinary and comparative approach to examining the legal and policy implications of emerging technologies, digital rights, corporate accountability, environmental governance, and global regulatory frameworks, with a particular focus on the intersection of law, technology and governance.
