Biography

Dr. Preeti Lakhera's research focuses on Law and Policy around International Taxation. It delves into the issues surrounding the intersection of source taxation and the digital economy. She also likes to be engaged with the scholarship on innovative pedagogy and curriculum innovation. She graduated in Law from the Campus Law Centre at the University of Delhi. And holds a Ph.D. in International Taxation from the National Law University Delhi. At Delhi University and NLUD, she taught courses on Laws on Direct Taxation, Corporate Taxation, and International Taxation. She also took courses on Banking Law, International Trade Law, and Insurance Laws.
