Aseem has previously worked with leading tier-I and tier-II law firms and has trained with prominent national and international law firms, as well as senior members of the Bar. Before joining Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), he was partner at a corporate law firm.
He has good experience in corporate and commercial Law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work. He has advised clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including healthcare, automotive, media and entertainment, information technology, manufacturing, aviation, artificial intelligence, and renewable energy, reflecting good experience in corporate transactions and commercial matters.
He has also published research papers, articles, and reports in various academic and professional publications, including SCOPUS-indexed journals.
At JGLS, he teaches courses that integrate academic learning with the practical demands of legal practice, helping students develop some of the key skills for navigating the legal profession effectively.
He is also the Director of the Office of Career Advancement and Mentorship (OCAM), JGLS.
