Anjali Sirohi is a Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School, and a Research Associate at the Singhvi Centre for Constitutional, Parliamentary and Legal Studies. Her primary research interests lie at the intersection of comparative constitutional law, constitutional theory, moral philosophy, public law, jurisprudence and literary theory.
She recently earned an LLM with Merit in the Comparative Constitutional Law program at the Central European University, Vienna; where she was awarded the Internal Master’s Scholarship. She also holds an LLM from Jindal Global Law School and has read law (LLB) at Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. She was previously awarded an MA (Sociology) from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi and a BA (Honors) English from SGTB Khalsa College, University of Delhi.
She has served as Project Assistant at the CONSTAD (Political Concepts in Constitutional Adjudication: A Paired Comparison of Hungary and Slovakia) Project, based at Department of Political Science, Faculty of Arts, Comenius University, Bratislava. She also served as a short-term Research Fellow at the Centre for Justice, Law and Society.
An early career scholar; she has presented her work at several renowned platforms like the ICON-S (Central and Eastern European Chapter), Faculty of Arts, Comenius University Bratislava and Department of Sociology, Delhi School of Economics. As part of her writing repertoire, she is also interested in sportswriting and has previously published bylines with The Hindu, Press Trust of India and Cycling Federation of India. Her poetry has also been in featured in anthologies at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and the Annual Magazine, Department of English, SGTB Khalsa College, University of Delhi.
