Nayonika Sen is an Assistant Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School and a Research Fellow at the Centre for Constitutional Law Studies. She holds an LL.M. from Birkbeck, University of London in Constitutional Politics, Law, and Theory and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Jindal Global Law School. Her Main interests lie in Constitutional Law, Public Law, and Legal and Political Philosophy. For her Master’s Dissertation, her work has focused on the trajectory of social and Legal Citizenship and narratives of belonging and un-belonging. She has previously worked on projects dealing with commercial surrogacy and sexual harassment adjudication within universities in India.
