I am a lawyer based in New Delhi, currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Law at Jindal Global Law School. I read law at the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, graduating in 2017, and began my career in the chambers of a senior lawyer at the Delhi High Court, where I worked as a junior associate for over a year. I also served as a Legal Researcher at the Delhi High Court before moving to Singapore to pursue an LL.M. in International Commercial Arbitration at the National University of Singapore. This mix of courtroom practice, judicial research and academia continues to shape how I think about and teach the law.
My research interests center on alternative dispute resolution, with a particular focus on the scope of investment arbitration in India. I am interested in examining whether, and how, India can develop a coherent framework for investment arbitration — one that offers foreign investors credible protection without surrendering the State's regulatory space.
