Biography

Chaitra completed her bachelor’s degree from KLE Society’s Law College, Bengaluru (KSLU). She then went on to work with Link Legal, Delhi as an Associate with the Disputes team.

She holds an LL.M. from GNLU where she was awarded the “Justice R B Mehta Gold Medal for Overall Outstanding Performance” and an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge.

Her areas of interest include Alternative Dispute Resolution, Law of Contracts, Constitutional Law, and Administrative Law.

At JGLS, she has taught Law of Contracts-II and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is also associated with the Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CADR) as a Senior Research Associate, and with the Office of Academic Affairs as an Assistant Dean (Teaching Assistantship and Independent Research Project).
