Biography

Prof. Krusha Bhatt is a dedicated legal educator with a profound commitment to the fields of International Commercial and Competition Law with a Master of Law (LL.M) from the University of East Anglia, UK and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Law (BBA-LL.B) from Auro University, India. Prof. Bhatt is recipient of the ‘International Office of Excellence’ and merit based academic scholarships for her postgraduate and undergraduate degrees respectively. Prof. Bhatt is one of the founding members of the mooting society at AURO University and has also served the society, in the capacity of a Secretary (core member) during academic year 2016-17.

Prof. Bhatt also is qualified under the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) of Canada, which accentuates her expertise in Canadian legal principles. She is an official Member of Young International Arbitration Group of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), and a volunteer at the Canadian Institute for International Law Expertise (CIFILE).

Her research interest lies in the fields of Competition Law and Policy,  Constitutional Law and its comparative study, and Foundations of Canadian Law.
