Biography

Kolawole Afuwape is an Assistant Lecturer at the Jindal Global Law (JGLS). He completed an LLM in Maritime and Commercial Laws at the Lagos State University, Nigeria, and another LLM International Energy Law and Policy at the University of Dundee, Scotland, United Kingdom. Prior to joining JGLS, he worked in various strategic departments in First Bank of Nigeria Limited. He is a member of several professional bodies in Nigeria, including the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria; Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), and the Nigerian Bar Association. His areas of research interests are corporate and commercial laws, Energy Law and Policy, Environmental Law, Energy Law and Policy, Mergers and Acquisitions.
