Biography

Kaustav Saha graduated with B.A., LL.B (Hons) from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, and thereafter obtained the BCL from the University of Oxford, graduating with distinction. He is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and has practiced extensively before the Delhi High Court, the Supreme Court of India, and various other courts and tribunals in Delhi. Kaustav’s research interests include private law, legal theory, and legal history, with a particular focus on the law of contract.
