Biography

Harsh Manohar is an Assistant Lecturer, Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University (Institution of Eminence Deemed to Be University). He holds an LLM (Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation) from Penn State University and BA LLB (Constitutional Honors) from Nirma University. Prior to joining Jindal Global Law School, he worked as a Research Assistant to Prof. Ylli Dautaj (Visiting Associate Professor, Penn State University) and as a Subject Matter Expert (Arbitration) for Kluwer Law International.

His research interests include International Law, Investment Law and Commercial Arbitration. He combines insights from TWAIL, political economy and other critical approaches in his writings.
