Biography

Prof. (Dr.) Sangseok Ha has academic qualifications from Kyungpook National University(KNU), Korea, Indiana University Maurer School of Law, USA. He obtained his Bachelor of Public Law, Master of Business Law and Ph.D of Finance Law from Kyungpook National University; and he was awarded LL.M. degree by Indiana University Maurer School of Law, USA.

He is a board member of the Korea Commercial Law Association (“KCLA”) and the Korea Culture and Art Law Association (“KCALA”). He is also collaborating with Kyungpook National University as an external member of research committee of Law Institute of KNU. 

His interest of research revolves around WTO regulations, Comparative Torts, Corporate Law, Finance Law, Investment Law, Securities Regulations, Insurance Law, Capital Market and Financial Investment Services, Regulation for Derivative Products, etc.
