Biography

Prof. Barkha Bansal is an Assistant Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School , O.P. Jindal Global (Institution of Eminence Deemed to be University). She is right now pursuing her PhD in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from the Euclid University, U.S.A. and has been a Jindal alumni in LL.M. (Corporate Finance and Policy). She completed her LL.B. from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. Prior to joining JGLS, she worked with an ed-tech firm named iQuanta and was mentoring CLAT aspirants. 

She has authored various papers such as: “Corporate Governance and Artificial Intelligence: Ethical Implications and Frameworks”, “ Examining Legal Frameworks for Crisis Management and Emergency Powers: A comparative study of Sweden vs. Norway vs. Denmark”, “ Balancing Individual Privacy and National Security” all above published in International Journal of Advanced Legal Research. 

Prof. Bansal secured second place in her LL.B. program and was also a gold medalist  in her graduation program (Bachelors of Arts) from Kurukshetra University. With a deep passion for legal education, she has also contributed to the legal community as a judge for the Inter-University Moot Court Competition at MDU Rohtak in 2024. Her expertise and commitment to academic excellence make them a valuable mentor for our various schools.
