Biography

Aishwarya, is an assistant lecturer of law, Jindal Global Law School. She holds LL.M. (International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution) from the National University of Singapore, B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru (“NLSIU”). Prior to joining JGLS, she worked with reputed law firm Nishith Desai and Associates. She also has experience of working for a local Singapore law firm. Apart from working in the firms, she has also worked in chamber practices and has appeared before Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India. She has interest in research and has previously worked as a Research Assistant (Legal) at the Centre for Child and the Law, NLSIU.
Her area of interest are international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration. She has previously written for reputed blogs such as Kluwer Arbitration Blog amongst others.
