Dr. Sangseok Ha

Dr. Sangseok Ha has academic qualifications from Kyungpook National University, Korea, Indiana University Maurer School of Law, USA. He was a research member of Kyungpook National University Law School where he had taught as a lecturer. And for about ten years he had taught in several universities such as Dongguk University, Andong National University, Handong University. He is a member of the Korea Commercial Law Association (“KCLA”), the Korea Commercial Cases Association (“KCCA”), and the Korea Culture and Art Law Association (“KCALA”). He obtained his Bachelor of Public Law, Master of Business Law and Ph.D of Finance Law from Kyungpook National University; and he was awarded LL.M. degree by Indiana University Maurer School of Law, USA.

Mr. Ha’s interest of research revolves around Corporate Law, Finance Law, Investment Law, Securities Regulations, Insurance Law, Business Forms and Regulations, Capital Market and Financial Investment Services, Derivative Products, etc.
