Prof. Sakshat Bansal is an Associate Professor at Jindal Global Law School. He previously taught Company Law and Corporate Governance to undergraduate and postgraduate students in association with Prof. MPP Pillai at NLSIU, Bangalore. Before joining NLSIU, Bangalore, he worked as an Assistant Professor of Law at UPES, Dehradun.
He holds a PhD in law from NLSIU, Bangalore. He graduated from CNLU, Patna with Advocate Mr. Shayama Prasad Mukherjee Medal as a topper in Intellectual Property Law, after which he pursued LL.M. in Business Laws from NLSIU, Bangalore and was awarded Gold Medals for securing the highest CGPA & Best academic performance. He cleared CBSE-UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) and was awarded Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in 2016.
His areas of interest include Corporate Laws, Intellectual Property Laws & Criminal Justice Administration.
