Biography

Dr. Khushboo Chauhan is an Associate Professor at Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) and a Senior Fellow at the Centre for the Study of the United Nations (CSUN), O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat, India. She holds a Ph.D. and an M.Phil. in Law and Governance from the Centre for the Study of Law and Governance (CSLG), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. Trained as a lawyer, she also holds an LL.M. in International Law from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. Her scholarship lies within the broader field of Law and Governance, with a particular focus on genocide studies. She has presented her research at leading international conferences across Asia, Europe, and Australia. Her current research explores the intersections of international law, memory, museums and genocide studies in East Asia, with a particular focus on South Korea.
