Dr. Aloke N Prabhu

Dr. Aloke has been a Post-Doctoral Safra Fellow at the Edmond J Safra Center for Ethics at the Buchmann Faculty of Law, Tel Aviv University, Israel, for the academic year 2018-19. Prior to that he did his MPhil and PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, at the Centre for the Study of Law and Governance during 2010-17. He has his Masters in Law from NLSIU and Bachelors in Law from CUSAT and in History from Mahatma Gandhi University. He has also practiced law in Bangalore and in Cochin for a brief period. He has publication in reputed journals and edited chapters to his credit. His areas of interest include Property Theory, Law and Economics and Philosophy of Law.
