Devina Malaviya

Devina Malaviya graduated from National Law University Delhi in 2016. Thereafter, she worked as Law Clerk to Justice Kurian Joseph at the Supreme Court of India for two years. She completed her LLM at the University of Cambridge in 2019 as a Cambridge Trust Scholar. At Cambridge, she was the recipient of the Kate Bertram Prize for First Class in LLM Examinations. Devina has litigation and research experience in the area of family law, constitutional law, criminal law, forensic evidence and human rights law
