Archa Renu Baburaj

Archa Renu Baburaj is an Assistant Lecturer with Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University. She earned her LL.M degree with a specialization in International Human Rights Law from Lund University, Sweden. She completed her Integrated Bachelor in Law (B.A.LLB) from the University of Kerala in 2020.

Her research focuses on understanding and taking a post-colonial approach to International Law and how various International Human Rights Instruments could be implemented in the Global South. She is also interested in examining and challenging the ‘Universality’ of Human Rights.
