A holistic admissions policy seeks to understand the whole applicants beyond numbers and asks whether a applicant will be a good fit in a programme and whether they will thrive. This is in keeping with best practices of international universities and allows us to select the best applicants for our programmes.

O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) invites applications from Non-Resident Indians and International students from around the world. JGU does not distinguish between Indian, NRI, and International Students. JGU does not have an NRI quota and all applicants are judged on the same basis of merit. Unlike many institutions, all students irrespective of national origins are charged the same tuition and residential fees.
The JSAT is a Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ) test. JGU accepts valid SAT and ACT scores, Applicants who have not taken any of these tests will need to complete the JSAT. If an applicant is unable to take the JSAT before the last date or misses their Faculty Interview without rescheduling, they may be re-considered in the next round of applications by applying to reactivate their application.
