The Centre for Northeast Asian Studies (CNEAS) of the Jindal School of International Affairs, in collaboration with the 108 Peace Institute hosted Dr. Lobsang Sangay, the former President of the Central Tibetan Administration, for a guest lecture, titled, "Democracy in Exile: A Living Experiment in Stateless Democracy".
