Biography

I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Jindal School of International Affairs, OP Jindal Global University. I received my Ph.D. in Economic Sciences from IIT Kanpur, in 2020 for which I received an “Outstanding Ph.D. Dissertation” award. I received my M.A. and B.A. in Economics from Panjab University, Chandigarh. My research interests lie in the fields of applied macroeconomics, studying regional growth models and development patterns across economies, and assessing the role of institutions in public policy making.
