Biography

Dr. Ayushi Srivastava completed her PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, where her research focused on implementing electronic traceability in the agri-food sector using blockchain technology. She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Delhi, a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Economics from Miranda House, University of Delhi. She has qualified UGC NET JRF and Uttarakhand SET in Environmental Sciences and holds certifications in food safety, econometrics, and machine learning from institutions such as FICSI Skill India and IIT Kanpur.

Dr. Srivastava has published research papers in reputed international journals and Scopus-indexed conference proceedings, focusing on the integration of technology in value chain management. She serves as an active reviewer for journals published by IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, Wiley, and Taylor & Francis. Her collaborative work spans government organizations, industry partners, and NGOs, addressing livelihood generation, biodiversity conservation, and food safety initiatives. Her research interests and expertise include emerging technologies, value chain management, sustainable agricultural practices, and food safety.
