Pooja Kapoor is a doctoral candidate with the Department of Management Studies at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. She is UGC-NET qualified and a recipient of the award of Junior Research Fellowship in the subject of Management in 2017. She has published in ABDC and SCOPUS-listed peer-reviewed international and national journals. She has presented her doctoral work on inflation expectations and perceptions at the World Congress of the International Economic Association and IIT Nagpur. She has worked in the capacity of the teaching assistant for the NPTEL online certification Course ‘Econometric Modelling’ many times. Prior to her Ph.D. Pooja attained her Bachelor in Economics Hons. from Kalindi College, University of Delhi, and Master in Business Administration from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, with a specialization in Finance. After finishing her MBA, she also worked at Cvent India Pvt. Ltd. for one and a half years.
