Boardroom dynamics in Indian private banks: how nonexecutive and women directors affect financial performance', has been published in the Scopus indexed (Q1), international journal 'Corporate Governance', published by Emerald (UK) on March 11, 2025.

The research study reveals that presence of women directors positively affect the financial performance of private-sector banks in India. In addition, we conclude that larger boards and higher numbers of nonexecutive directors improve return on assets and Tobin’s Q, enhancing profitability and market valuation.
