Biography

Nikita Sharma is a PhD scholar at the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, New Delhi, India. She holds a Master's in Commerce (Finance with Laws) degree from the Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. She has been awarded a double Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in commerce and management and secured All India Rank 1 (AIR 1) with 100th percentile in UGC NET-JRF commerce. She worked as a Mentor and Educator at Unacademy (Sorting Hats Technologies Pvt Ltd) and delivered lectures to prospective UGC NET-JRF candidates. She has been felicitated with the Shri Sultan Chand Dropadi Devi Memorial Scholarship Scheme for scoring first position in academics at Shivaji College, Delhi University. Her research interest lies in banking, corporate governance, and CSR.
