Biography

Lagan Jindal is an assistant professor at the Jindal School of Banking & Finance, O.P. Jindal Global University, Haryana. Her doctoral research is in the domain of finance from the Department of Management Studies (DoMS), Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. She has a master’s in commerce (M.COM) from the Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, and a bachelor’s in commerce (B.COM-Hons) from Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi.

Her research expertise lies in asset pricing and mutual funds. She has published four research articles in reputed journals like “Qualitative Research in Financial Markets”, “Journal of Asset Management”, and “The Journal of Prediction Markets”. She has also presented her work at various national and international conferences of repute, including the Vietnam Symposium in Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Innovation (VSEFI), Pan IIT conference (ICFMCF), and Annual International Capital Markets Conference organized by NISM. In addition to her research pursuits, she brings close to two years of teaching experience in finance and accounting. She has served in various academic roles, including Assistant Professor at Trinity Institute of Professional Studies (GGSIPU), Guest Faculty at Miranda House, University of Delhi-NCWEB, and Senior Faculty Member and content developer at D&G Academy, where she specialized in courses such as Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, and Financial Management.
