Biography

Dr. Swati Agrawal is Professor and Vice Dean at Jindal School of Banking & Finance (JSBF), O. P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat. She has over 2 decades of work experience in post graduate and undergraduate teaching, is an avid researcher, and an executive trainer. Previously she has worked with Bennett University (Times Group), Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida and Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad. She has been part of important leadership and institution-building roles like University Dean (Research & Development) and Chair-Doctoral Porgramme with Bennett University, Dean (Academics) with Jaipuria Institute of Management, Chairperson- Internal Academic Quality Assurance, Chair-Individual Development Plan Committee for student’s career services in her previous assignments, and has been continuously engaged in the outcome-based teaching-learning process in her academic journey. She has published more than 40 research articles in the International and national Journals including high ranked ABDC, ABS journals. She is also on the reviewer panel of international journals, supervised doctoral scholars, and has conducted training sessions for executives/managers like NTPC, Airport Authority of India, ONGC, and others. She is trained by Harvard Business School in Case Teaching and Writing. She is the recipient of the “Certificate of Excellence for High-Impact Research" from Sage in 2023 for her highly cited research article, most Outstanding Professor Award from the World Education Congress & ET Now in 2019 and the Best Professor in Human Resource Management from the World HRD Congress & Edutech in 2022. She has received the "Woman of Excellence Award, 2023" from the Government of India recognized, 80G certified, Indian Achievers Forum. She aims to facilitate a high-impact teaching & research-driven ecosystem for faculty and students with broader impact to society.
