Dr. Vijyapu Prasanna Kumar is an Assistant Professor at the Jindal School of Banking & Finance. He has done his Ph.D. from the Department of Management Studies, IIT Roorkee, with his research titled “Assessing impairment of Bank loans: Indian context vis-à-vis cross country analysis”. Prior to his Ph.D., he taught as an Assistant Professor at Pondicherry University at Karaikal campus and post Ph.D. at UPES Dehradun.
He is having publications in ABDC and SCOPUS-listed international and national peerreviewed journals. He has presented his work in conferences organized by IIMs, IITs and other reputed institutes. His research interests lie in Financial Reporting Quality, Empirical Banking and Efficiency and Performance measuring in the Service sector.
