Biography

Dr. Rahul is an Associate Professor at the Jindal School of Banking and Finance, O.P. Jindal Global University, India. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Human Resource Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai—one of India’s premier institutions for human resource management.

Dr. Rahul’s academic and research interests lie at the intersection of employment relations, human resource management, and cultural integration, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, repatriation, and organizational change. His teaching approach emphasizes experiential learning through case studies and storytelling, which has been well-received by students and academic peers alike.

He has served as a subject matter expert on prominent Indian television networks such as CNBC Awaaz and ABP News and is a regular contributor to national newspapers on issues related to employment, labour, and policy.

In addition to his academic work, Dr. Rahul has led and contributed to a range of consultancy projects supported by international and national organizations, including the Global Sanitation Fund, UNICEF, Oxfam India, and Neutral Publishing House Pvt. Ltd. He has also provided advisory support to government-led initiatives, such as strengthening the public distribution and civil food supply systems in Bihar.

Previously Dr. Rahul was associated with Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida as Assistant professor & Dean Student Affairs. He has been invited to deliver guest lectures and keynote sessions at institutions such as the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi and the National HRD Network (NHRDN).

Dr. Rahul continues to engage with policy-making bodies, civil society organizations, and academic forums to bridge the gap between research, policy, and practice in the field of human resources and organizational development.
