Biography

Deepika Swami is a lecturer at the Jindal School of Banking and Finance, O.P. Jindal Global University, Haryana, India. She is currently pursuing a doctorate at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, specializing in sustainable finance.

She earned her bachelor's degree from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi, in 2014 and completed her Master of Commerce (M.Com) from Hindu College, University of Delhi, in 2016. Following her postgraduation, she secured a placement at WNS Pvt. Ltd., where she worked as a senior credit analyst for two years. She has successfully qualified for the NET exam twice (2015) and the NET-JRF exam in 2017.

Deepika began her academic career in 2018 as an Assistant Professor at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi, where she taught for nearly five years. Additionally, she served as a guest faculty  at various colleges within Delhi University.

Her primary research interests include Corporate Accounting, Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, and Sustainable Finance. She has published research papers in esteemed journals on sustainability in finance and management and has presented her work at several national and international conferences.
