Ashaawari Datta Chaudhuri is a lawyer who has been practicing in the Delhi High Court and other forums such as DRT, DRAT, IPAB etc since 2017. She has graduated with a BA.LLB (Hons) from School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar in 2017. She then went on to get an LLM in Intellectual Property Rights and Technology Laws from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2019. Since then, Ashaawari has worked in a couple of law firms such as M.V.KINI &Co, New Delhi and The Legist, New Delhi, practicing banking and finance laws, and intellectual property rights. She is also associated as a Research Fellow at the Centre for Research and Analysis in Finance, Technology and Law at JSBF. She is also Faculty Editor at the JSBF Report.

Her areas of interest in research are primarily technology laws, banking and finance, media laws, intellectual property laws, cyber laws, artificial intelligence, law and economics. Currently working on a paper on AR VR and protection under IP, Ethics and Artificial Intelligence.
