Biography

Dr. Siddharth Kanojia is an Associate Professor and Assistant Dean at the Jindal School of Banking & Finance, O.P. Jindal Global University. He completed Bachelor’s of Business Studies in Finance from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies and LL.B. from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He holds LL.M. in International Business and Commercial Law from the University of Manchester, U.K., and a Ph.D. in Corporate Law & Governance from Unisa, Italy. He has also qualified the UGC-NET and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in both Law and Management.

In addition to his current role at JGU, Dr. Siddharth is a Visiting Professor at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Amritsar and IIM Sirmaur. Prior to joining academia, he served as a Legal Consultant and Legal Advisor with a Jersey Island-based Intellectual Property Management firm and a Manchester-based FMCG startup. He has also held academic positions as Assistant Professor at Bennett University and Symbiosis International University.
