Professor (Dr.) Sahana V. Rajan is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Jindal Global Business School and a Fellow at IIHEd. She broadly applies a care ethics lens to understand academic practices, especially the perception of faculty administrative service. More recently, she is exploring the decolonization of knowledge-sharing practices in academia, and the revival of Global South methods. With a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Delhi, Dr. Rajan is committed to the co-creation of an inclusive and equitable academic culture where diverse methodologies and perspectives are valued and integrated into the research and teaching paradigms.
