Mr. Denis Nikolaev is a Senior Education Specialist at the World Bank Delhi office, joined the Bank in 2008. Since then, he worked in different regions and countries, covering mainly higher education and skills projects. Mr. Nikolaev started his career as a civil servant, covering higher education at the regional Ministry of Education, then he was leading the corporate university at a big industrial company. He also has a teaching experience at a few universities. Mr. Nikolaev holds a BA degree from Moscow State University (Russia) and a MA degree in Education Management from Manchester University (UK).
