Professor (Dr.) Costas Hoppas is the Director of Administration and Finance (Secretary and Registrar) and Member of the University Board, the Senate and the Rectorate Council of Cyprus University of Technology, Cyprus. He earned his PhD in Strategic Human Resource Management from University of Wolverhampton, U.K. and has completed a Certificate in Leadership and Management in Higher Education from Harvard University. He also holds an MA in Educational Leadership and Administration from University of Cyprus and an MBA in Finance and a BSc in Business Management from St. John’s University, USA. Before joining Cyprus University of Technology in 2007, he has worked as an Assistant Professor of Management and later as the Head, Department of Human Resources in the European University Cyprus. He was also a Visiting Lecturer in Cyprus Police Academy, School of Officers, Nicosia, Cyprus where he worked for six years. He has published multiple scientific, academic and professional papers and has given several presentations in international forums.
