Analytical thinking remains the most demanded skill, named by seven out of ten companies. Resilience, flexibility and agility rank immediately behind it, up 17 percentage points from 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contrasting expanding occupations against contracting ones, the Forum found resilience, flexibility and agility to be the largest single differentiator on both importance and proficiency. MBA employability fell from 78 percent to 72.76 percent, a decline attributed to an industry shift towards applied, cross-domain managerial expertise.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two figures matter when selecting a BBA course in India. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over 90 percent of Indian employees<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> already use generative AI tools, and organisations expect 40 percent of hiring in 2026-27 to be entirely new roles, against 29 percent a year earlier. Klarna reported work equivalent to 700 full-time agents, resolution time cut from 11 minutes to under two minutes, a 25 percent drop in repeat inquiries, and a projected profit gain of 40 million United States dollars.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The correction is the more instructive half. At <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">London SXSW in June 2025<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, chief executive Sebastian Siemiatkowski confirmed headcount had fallen from 5,500 to roughly 3,000 and that Klarna was reinvesting in human support as a permanent premium service. He named a rising category of value: business people who learn to code.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Klarna measured throughput accurately but found only afterwards that disputed, high-stakes cases needed judgement the model could not supply. Not one showed very high capacity for substitution by current generative AI, and 69 percent showed very low or low capacity. Empathy and active listening showed none.
