Guidelines<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-09efd66 elementor-widget basis.<\/span><\/p><ol class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">We invite original submissions on subjects pertaining to ADR, that includes but is not limited to Arbitration, Mediation and Commercial Negotiation.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Authors must ensure that their chosen theme\/arguments have not already been substantially covered in past articles or contemporary discourse. However, this does not apply to responses or differing perspectives on existing content.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Articles must be between 1,200-1,800 words. This is flexible, based on the quality of the piece. We are keen to include tables, charts, and relevant figures where appropriate.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">The Font of the article needs to be \u201cGaramond\u201d, font size should be 12 and the text should be justified.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Submissions should be made in .doc or .docx format only.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">We use hyperlinks rather than citations for references. Links should direct readers to more detailed reports or other pieces of research, news items or other blog posts.
