Prof. (Dr.) Mariya Jilinskaya-Pandey is an Associate Professor, JSLH. Dr. Mariya Jilinskaya-Pandey has over a decade of cross cultural experience of living and working n India, Europe, Middle East and North America as student, researcher, consultant, academician, and advisory to government and semi-government organizations. She earned her Ph.D in Psychology with special ‘Felicitations from the jury’ addressing some highly relevant measurement issues related to 360 degree assessment of leadership. The research work leading to her Ph.D award was done in collaboration with the INSEAD – Global Leadership Center. Prior to this, she earned a master degree in psychology from Université Paris Descartes (Paris-V) after completing BA in Psychology from University of Montréal.
Dr. Jilinskaya-Pandey has been a research member of the National Institute of Work and Professional Orientation (CNAM-INETOP) since 2012 and has worked in Paris-V University as Adjunct Assistant Professor for 6years. Prior to joining JGU, she was working as Associate Professor in the Institute of Public Administration, Riyadh and was consultant to the Ministry of Civil Service (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) proving research based advisory in human resource policy matters.
She is a registered Chartered Psychologist (C.Pyschol) with British Psychological Society and has contributed significantly in the field of psychometrics in France and India. In her last corporate assignment, she was working as Manager of Research and Development department developing psychometric assessments and conducting cross-cultural studies for validation and adaptation of tests in different language and cultures. She was one of the first master trainer for Level-1 and Level-2 certification programs in occupational testing and assessments started by National Academy of Psychology (NAoP) India in the year 2010. As a consultant and facilitator, she has done several projects in the area of assessment and development of human resources for national and multinational companies in India, Europe, Middle east, North America and North Africa.
