Dr. Satyaki Kanjilal graduated with an MFA in creative writing from Florida International University and a Ph.D. in English literature from the University of Nevada-Reno. He has over a decade of experience teaching writing in the United States.
His creative work has appeared in Jaggery, Mobius: The Journal for Social Change and Boston Accent Lit. Satyaki's research interests lie in creative writing pedagogy, the overlap of artificial intelligence and college composition, writing pedagogy, and multimodal writing.
Satyaki is also revising a collection of short stories Road to Gede and Other Short Stories.
