Dr. Dony Alex is an Associate Professor, Jindal School of Liberal Arts and Humanities. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from Australian National University.

Before joining JGU, he was an Assistant Professor at the economics department at Shiv Nadar University. He has also worked for many years before his Ph.D at leading Think Tanks and research organisations such as ICRIER and Institute of Economic Growth at New Delhi.
