Biography

Arushi Bathla is a dynamic and interdisciplinary academician whose research spans design thinking, management education, innovation leadership, sustainability, and digital transformation. With a robust portfolio of over 17 research publications in Scopus-indexed journals, SSCI, ABDC and ABS-listed outlets, she is recognized for her scholarly contributions that bridge theory and practice. She has also authored several book chapters with top-tier publishers like Palgrave Macmillan, Springer, Routledge, and Emerald, further strengthening her global academic presence. Her international conference presentations reflect a unique blend of theoretical insight and applied innovation, covering topics from sustainable leadership to grassroots social interventions.

A consistent theme in her work is the application of design thinking in education. She has systematically reviewed and benchmarked this approach in numerous contexts, helping shape strategic thinking in both academia and industry. Her interdisciplinary research approach integrates design, technology, and leadership to offer novel frameworks for addressing contemporary business and social challenges.
