Sneha Khatri is a TRIP Fellow & Academic Tutor at Jindal School of International Affairs, O.P Jindal Global University. Prior to this, Sneha worked in Public Relations and Communications serving various clients in technology, e-governance, IT/ITeS, and e-commerce industry. Her experience in the technology sector particularly kept her on a learning curve about emerging technologies and social policies around them. Sneha is a Digital Politics enthusiast and her research interests crisscross new media, technology and society, gender and digital economy, and data politics. Her methodological interests include ethnography, social network analysis, surveys and field experiments.
Currently, she is working as a teaching assistant to Dr. Geeti Das, Assistant Professor of Political Science at JSIA. In the past, Sneha worked as a research assistant to Dr. Lipika Kamra, Assistant Professor at JSLH as part of the WhatsApp Misinformation and Research Social Science Research. The project examined the role of the messaging service in everyday political conversations in India in the context of India’s social media ecosystem.
