Biography

Tamanna is the Third Generation in her family in the field of Architecture and Design. She pursued Bachelor’s of Architecture from SPA Delhi and her Masters from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. She has been awarded two gold medals in SPA for Best Thesis and Best Student. She was also awarded the RAIC( Royal Architectural Institute of Canada) Medal in Canada for Best Student. She has been practicing after graduating and has been working on Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management projects which include, Golf Club Pro Shops, Schools, Residences, Offices, Banks, Housing Co-ops, Long term Care Centers, and Covid Masterplan for Reopening of Schools. In her research she worked on exploration of multi-modal transit routes to act as catalyst for urban development, designing schools from eyes of children and pursued electives which encompassed theoretical understanding on various subjects. Her interest lies in training students enough to go out in the real world, express their opinions, thoughts and market themselves. Tamanna is a driven and detail-oriented individual with a desire to use analytical and problem-solving skills to meet goals, stay organized, communicate clearly, think on one’s feet, be optimistic and have a solution-oriented mind set.
