Shruti Bhushan is working as a Senior Research Assistant at JIRICO. She has successfully completed her LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from National Law University, Jodhpur. She holds a degree in BA. LL.B. from KIIT School of Law, Bhubaneswar. Her LL.M. dissertation work was on the topic in Trademark Law which was “Protecting Well-known trademarks: a cross-jurisdictional study of UK, EU, USA, China and India to find the appropriate standards.” She has also completed one year PG Diploma Course on Media Laws from NALSAR Proximate Education, Hyderabad.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
