Dr. Neha Jaiswal

Dr. Neha Jaiswal has done her Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. She has also worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at IIM Ahmedabad. Her doctoral thesis is titled “Mergers, Acquisitions and Competition Law: A study of Selected Industries from the Indian Manufacturing Sector.” During her Post-Doc at IIM Ahmedabad, she tried to explore the impact of mergers and acquisitions on the innovative capabilities of Indian pharmaceutical firms. She also worked as a researcher at the Combination Division of the Competition Commission of India, New Delhi. She has published research articles in peer-reviewed international journals and presented her research at various national and international conferences and workshops.

Her research interests include Mergers & Acquisitions (Economics of Strategy), Innovation, and Competition Law & policy.
