A Seminar on ‘Leveraging Customer Insight to Outdo Competition’ was organised by the Centre for Leadership and Change of the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences (JIBS) on 13 February 2019. The speaker was Dr. Olesya Govorun, Senior Director, Customer Strategy – Global Marketing at Pfizer Essential Health (PEH). Dr. Govorun addressed a group of about 80 students, mainly from the business school sharing insights on digital transformation, taking care of the needs of the internal stakeholders, role of master and individual brands, and understanding segmentation in the context of Pfizer.
The Centre for Victimology & Psychological Studies (CVPS) of the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences conducted a one-day workshop on “Emerging Perspectives in Victimology in South Asia” in association with the Victimology and Restorative Justice Program, Institute of Social Welfare & Research, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh on 25 February 2019.
